Xiaomi Pad 6 Series Specifications Tipped

After launching Xiaomi Pad 5 series earlier this year, the Chinese tech juggernaut is reportedly working on its new and improved successor dubbed the Xiaomi Pad 6 series. The folks at Xiaomiui got their hands on two models belonging to the Xiaomi Pad 6 series along with some key Specifications. Here’s the entire story.

Xiaomi Pad 6 Series Specifications Leaked

Xiaomi Pad 5 made its debut with four models earlier this year with great ergonomic design, high-octane specifications, and most importantly, highly-competitive pricing. Cut to now, Xiaomi is reportedly working on its successor dubbed the Xiaomi Pad 6 series. Xiaomiui got references to at least two Pad 6 models in the MIUI code that goes on to show that it is indeed in the works.

We have a vanilla Xiaomi Pad 6 codenamed ‘Pipa’ while the Pad 6 Pro is codenamed ‘Liupin’. Let’s check the Specifications that both tablets are likely to bring onboard.

Xiaomi Pad 6 and 6 Pro Specifications

Dubbed ‘Pipa’, Xiaomi Pad 6 carries model number M82. The tab is reportedly getting upgraded to Snapdragon 870 from the predecessor hosting a Snapdragon 860. Apart from that, the device likely sports a 120Hz panel on-board.

Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro aka ‘Liupin’, the Pro variant carries model number M81 and reportedly has a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 under the chassis signaling a massive upgrade in performance when compared to the Pad 5 Pro that came out with Snapdragon 870 SoC. The vanilla variant is expected to roll out across China, India, and Global markets whereas its Pro variant is reportedly limited to China only.

The tab is speculated to get a 120Hz AMOLED panel bearing 1880×2880 pixels in resolution with an in-display fingerprint scanner. There’s NFC, a 4x stereo speaker setup, a keyboard, and pen support on the tab as well.
