Xiaomi 14 Series was launched in the last quarter of 2023. Now, the brand is all set to announce the next flagship Xiaomi 15 Series that will include 2 devices- Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro. In December 2023, there were some details about the chipset of the Xiaomi 15 Series and now some more key specs have surfaced online.

Xiaomi 15 Series: Launch Date

Tipster Digital Chat Station claims that the Xiaomi 15 Series will go into mass production in September 2024 and launch in October 2024.

Xiaomi 15: Expected specs

Reliable tipster Smart/Wisdom Pikachu on Weibo claims that the Xiaomi 15 flagship series will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset (with an AnTuTu score of 3133570). The Xiaomi 15 will have a 6.36-inch display that is small when compared to many other phones these days. Once again Xiaomi will be the first brand to launch a phone with Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset.

The tipster also claims that it will be a 1.5K resolution and also talks about black technology which might be related to OLED capabilities. The smartphone is expected to have flat edges and an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate due to LTPO technology. The display is said to have 1400 nits peak brightness.

Xiaomi 15 Pro: Expected specs

The Xiaomi 15 Pro is also said to be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC and sports a 2K AMOLED panel with thinner bezels than the Xiaomi 14 Pro.

Xiaomi 14 Series specs

The Xiaomi 14 Series was launched with a 120Hz AMOLED panel with 3000 nits brightness, and powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. At the back was a 50MP+50MP+50MP rear camera setup and at the front was a 32MP selfie snapper. The smartphones ran Android 14-based HyperOS software.
