Ahead of its official launch in November 2023, Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s specifications have surfaced online. The smartphone is a part of the Xiaomi 14 lineup that reportedly has two other models, including the Xiaomi 14 and the Xiaomi 14 Pro. These variants could ship with 12GB of RAM and run on the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. The Xiaomi 14 series will come out in late October or early November.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra Leaked Specifications

According to Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, the top-end Xiaomi 14 Ultra will feature a quad-curved LTPO AMOLED panel with 2K resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate. The display will also have a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera and thin bezels. Under the hood, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, which could come with eight cores: the fastest core clocked at 3.2GHz, five at 3.0GHz, and two at 2.0GHz efficiency cores.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra’s renders

Coming back to the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, the smartphone will have a large circular camera module, like the one we’ve seen on the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. The module will house a 50Mp Sony LYT900 primary sensor (1-inch) and three other sensors, including two 50MP zoom sensors and a 50MP ultrawide sensor. In addition, the tipster also mentions that Xiaomi will launch the smartphone internationally by the end of 2024’s first half.

There’s a good chance that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will borrow some of its specifications from the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, including the RAM, storage models, a dual-speaker setup, fast charging, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and an IP68 water and dust resistance rating. Regarding the smartphone’s price, Xiaomi could release upward of CNY 5,999, which is about Rs. 72,000. However, this speculation is based on the Xiaomi 13 Ultra’s release price in China. Hence, readers should take this with a pinch of salt.
