Windows 11s Smart Snap to Office 365, Microsofts going all in with AI

With AI already making an impact on Bing, Microsoft is set to incorporate AI anywhere and everywhere possible. As of now they have targeted the devices with Windows 11 operating system. 

Spotted in the latest version of Windows 11, there is a new AI feature in the Snap features of Windows. For the unversed, Snap on Windows is a nifty tab management utility that allows the users to simultaneously open a number of windows of various sizes and layouts.

Microsoft has internally named the new Windows 11 feature as "Smart Snap." It apparently remembers the user's windows layouts for different groups of apps and lets them access on a later time. This will help you create your own snap screens with all the apps you regularly visit and cycle through them at the click of a button. It could greatly enhance multi-tasking with Snap.

Smart Snap in Windows 11 proves AI is not just restricted to text oriented things like ChatGPT, instead it will bleed into a wider field. 

This Windows 11 AI-boost is just the start, as there are more AI integrations in the offing. Microsoft has declared that there will be more wholesome AI upgrades very soon. 

What other AI features can come to Windows 11?

Microsoft has assured that there is going to be a lot of AI integrations within the Windows 11 operating system. Talking about new features AI would bring, let's first see the one which has already been incorporated and is being used by many. 

Bing has been directly included in the Windows 11 taskbar. Basically, it's a search box and Microsoft claims that already half a billion people have been using it without realisation. 

Coming to other AI tools, another feature very similar to Smart Snap might be included in Windows File Explorer. It will help reduce the time wasted in searching for a particular file. 

Microsoft has also announced the integration of ChatGPT into Office 365. This would create Powerpoint Presentations for you and also attend any Microsoft Teams meeting on your behalf and take all the necessary notes.
