Vivo V30 Pro Leaks in Renders and Full Specs

The tech industry is vibrating with excitement as rumors about Vivo’s forthcoming flagship, the V30 Pro, emerge, providing a glimpse into what may be a competitive smartphone competitor. Let’s check out the design first. As per 91Mobiles, the phone uses a punch-hole cut-out at the front and seemingly obvious-looking curved edges. The phone has a rectangular camera housing two equal-sized squaricle units. The top has the rear camera setup while the bottom one houses its LED flash only.

The phone’s dimensions are 164.4 x 75.1 x 7.5mm which stands the same as standard V30 and weighs 188g. The phone is equipped with 5G compatibility, IP54 dust and water resistance, and an in-display fingerprint sensor for extra security. 

The phone is said to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a resolution of 2,800 x 1,260 pixels. With a peak brightness of 2,800 nits, outdoor visibility should be good, improving the overall user experience.

In terms of performance, reports suggest it will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC, a powerful chipset featured in other premium smartphones. However, there’s conjecture in certain reports that suggest V30 Pro could be using a more powerful Dimensity 9200+. The V30 Pro boasts up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage, ensuring seamless multitasking and adequate storage capacity for customers.

In the camera department, leaked information implies a triple back camera configuration, each with an amazing 50MP resolution. The primary sensor is expected to include OIS for steady photos, with extra ultrawide and telephoto sensors catering to a variety of shooting settings. Collaboration with ZEISS suggests potential improvements to image quality.

On the front, a 50MP selfie camera is expected to cater to fans of high-quality self-portraits and video calls. Other prominent features include a powerful 5,000mAh battery with 80W rapid charging capabilities, which promises extended use and quick refueling times. The device is believed to run Android 14 with Vivo’s FuntouchOS 14 skin, providing a modern and personalized user experience.
