The Vivo V25 Pro features a 3D curved AMOLED 6.56-inches display with a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz and touch sampling rate of 300Hz. It comes in two colours - Pure Black and Sailing Blue with a colour-changing gimmick. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1300 and a 4830mAh battery with a 66W FlashCharge.

For photography, it features a triple-camera setup with a primary 64MP complemented with an 8MP wide-angle and a 2MP macro sensor. In the front, it brings a 32MP selfie camera.
