5 months ago 48

Spotify is one of the most popular music streaming platforms that’s known for its wide range of content and excellent recommendation algorithm. While you can stream music online, downloading songs on Spotify allows you to listen to your favorite tracks offline, without needing an internet connection. In this guide, we’ll show you how to download songs on Spotify and listen to music on-the-go.

What you need

Before we get started, here are a few things that you need to have to download a Spotify song for offline streaming.

1. Spotify Premium

Downloading songs is a feature only available for Spotify Premium subscribers. You can subscribe to an individual, student, or a family plan to get premium access.

2. Make Sure the Song is Available for Download

Not all songs are available for download on Spotify. If you see a download button on the song album or after tapping the three dots, then it means that the song is available for download. If otherwise, you’ll have to stream the song online only.
