South Korea-based Tech Giant, Samsung has reportedly been working on a Smart Ring for a while now. There have been numerous leaks and rumours about this innovative device from Samsung and the latest news is that it might be the focal point of the Galaxy S24 Launch Event happening in 2024.
Samsung Galaxy Ring: Expected Launch
Tipster Ice Universe claims that Samsung is gearing up to launch the Galaxy Ring alongside the Galaxy S24 Series in January 2024. It is expected to be one of the highlights of the grand launch event.
The device has reportedly reached an advanced stage of development and though earlier reports speculated the launch in 2023, this would seem difficult as there are lots of certifications needed to monitor to health of the wearers.

Samsung Galaxy Ring: Expected features
Reports in the past have claimed that the Ring will come with PPG and ECG sensors for temperature and heart rate monitoring. It might sport wireless connectivity for quick pairing with other home devices in the Samsung ecosystem.
It is still unclear if it will use voice controls or just touch-based gesture functionality. Due to the right fit, the ring is said to offer a more precise reading than the Samsung Watch.
The ring is said to have a compact design and numerous names have been speculated for the upcoming wearable. Everyone has been referring to the mysterious Samsung smart ring as the “Galaxy Ring” on account of a trademark application that mentioned this moniker.
