Chipmaker Qualcomm announced the next SoC in the Snapdragon 7 Series a few hours ago and now 2 major smartphone brands have confirmed their upcoming devices that will be powered by this newly launched, Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chip. Realme will launch Realme GT Neo 5 SE while Redmi will launch Redmi Note 12 Turbo which will feature this new processor. Tipster Mukul Sharma has shared some official renders that confirm the upcoming phones with the all-new SoC.
Realme GT Neo 5 SE
The Realme GT Neo 5 SE is expected to launch in China by March end of the beginning of April. A poster has confirmed that it will be powered by Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor. Other confirmed specs include a 6.74-inch flat OLED panel with 144Hz refresh rate and 1100 nits brightness, a 16MP selfie camera, and a triple camera setup (64MP+8MP+2MP) at the back.
Other confirmed specs include a 5500mAh battery with 100W fast charging.

Redmi Note 12 Turbo
Some posters of Redmi Note 12 Turbo have also surfaced online. It sports a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. The device will run Android 13-based MIUI 14 out of the box.
The camera setup at the back will include a 50MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP additional lens. It might pack a 5500mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.
