Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G set to launch; Check specs and features of this "thinnest" phone

New Year 2023 is almost here and Xiaomi is all set to launch the Redmi Note 12 Pro series in India. Xiaomi will be launching Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G alongside the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G and the Redmi Note 12 5G in the country on January 5, 2023. Taking to its official Twitter handle, Redmi India tweeted on Thursday, "The wait for the #SuperNote is going to be super worth it! Just one more week to go for the #RedmiNote12 5G Series. Which SuperNote are you the most excited for? Launch on 05.01.2023."

The company claims that the 5G Super Note is set to become the segment's "most-loved" smartphone. Also, Xiaomi is mostly focusing on the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ with its 200MP camera sensor. Here is all you need to know about the Redmi Note 12 Pro series.

It is expected that Xiaomi can launch the Redmi Note 12 Pro series in its mid range smartphone segment. As per the image of the devices, all the three smartphones will be housing a triple rear camera setup. According to the information provided by the company, the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G will be equipped with a 200MP camera. The Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G will get a 120Hz Pro AMOLED display, and will run on MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chipset, according to the information provided by Flipkart.

In its tweets, what is clear is that Redmi is focusing on the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G's camera capabilities, hinting that the phone captures a perfectly clear image. "What better way to celebrate the holiday season than go on a family vacay, but don't let blurry images hold you back. Say hello to clear moments with the #RedmiNote12 Pro 5G," one of the tweets read.

Though the company has not yet revealed many details about the battery, it does claim that Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G can get a full day's worth of charge in 15 minutes. Xiaomi also claims that the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G will be the thinnest Redmi Note Pro handset ever.
