Recently, the Chinese smartphone brand Realme confirmed that its GT Neo 6 SE will feature the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC. The processor is one of the latest and greatest from Qualcomm, and it is ideal for mid-range smartphones that intend to provide better performance. Now, the smartphone has appeared in a Geekbench listing, revealing its performance scores, the available RAM, and the Android model it runs on. According to the latest Geekbench listing, the GT Neo 6 SE carries the model number RMX3850. Further, the variant that took the benchmarking test featured 16GB of RAM and ran on Android 14. Regarding the phone’s chipset, the listing indicates the presence of an octa-core processor with one core clocked at 2.80GHz, four cores clocked at 2.61GHz, and three cores clocked at 1.90GHz. The cluster configuration confirms that this is indeed the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC.

Now, to the most exciting part of the Geekbench listing: the performance scores. Apparently, the GT Neo 6 SE scores 1,902 points in the single-core and 5,317 points in the multicore Geekbench test. To our surprise, these scores are very similar to those of the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, with the latter obtaining marginally better points. However, even so, the GT Neo 6 SE’s Geekbench scores reveal how powerful the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC really is, promising snappy day-to-day performance and smoother gameplay at higher frame rates.

In the past, the company had already confirmed some key GT Neo 6 SE specifications. For instance, the handset is said to feature a 1.5L BOE OLED screen with a peak brightness of 6,000 nits, making it the brightest smartphone display in the world. Further, the phone is said to flaunt a display that supports variable refresh rates from 0.5Hz to 120Hz. The bezels on the screen will be 1.36mm thin as the phone will carry a 94.2 percent screen-to-body ratio. Other display-related features teased by the smartphone include 2,160Hz OWM dimming, ambient color adaptive display (similar to iPhone’s True Tone technology), and hardware-level low blue light.
