Realme stated the integrated digital customer service platform would support SMS notifications and live tracking of service requests, knowledge bank, pick-up service, TV on-door service, self-service, software upgrades, and warranty status checks. In addition, a supporting service center will coordinate with the technical support team to make maintenance tasks and repairs easier for customers availing of this scheme.

The value-added service will be available via social media, email, voice, WhatsApp, and webchat from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST. In addition, it will extend support to multiple regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, and Hindi.

CEO of Realme India, VP of Realme, and President of Realme International Business Group, Madhav Sheth, said, "Realme Care is a testimony of our commitment to serving the best to our customers and our focus to further build on our customer experience. Through this initiative, we are ensuring a complete service through digital technology with 'service quality as the foundation and 'consistency, convenience, and care as the core values.
