Major problem hits iPhone 14 Pro buyers!

1 year ago 74

The camera issue with the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max set to be fixed, but there is another problem rising.

The experience for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max buyers hasn't been smooth so far! A few days back, the early buyers of these iPhone 14 Pro models reported that the camera was actually shaking and rattling. However, several reports suggested that the issue with the camera is only limited to third-party apps such as Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram, while the issue doesn't appear to affect the in-built camera performance. Even YouTuber Luke Miani has also shared his experience while posting a video showing the issue with one of the iPhone 14 Pro Max units, which depicted how the main lens on the device rattles uncontrollably.

Now, a sigh of big relief is here for Apple iPhone 14 Pro model users, as Apple has confirmed that the company is aware of the issue and is working on a fix which is expected to roll out in the coming week, an Apple representative told MacRumors. However, as there is no fix right now for this issue, the iPhone 14 Pro or Pro Max users are unable to use the camera app efficiently via Instagram, TikTok or any third-party application. Until Apple rolls out the fix to the camera issue, you will need to hold on.

There are more issues with iPhone 14 Pro!

Not just camera, but Apple has confirmed additional problems with iMessage and FaceTime. In a support document, the company acknowledged that “iMessage and FaceTime might not complete the activation on iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro.” Sadly, the issue will even stay after updating to the latest update- iOS 16.0.1.

Apple further explains that after setting up your iPhone, you might experience one or more issues such as not receiving iMessage or FaceTime calls, a green message bubble instead of a blue one when you send a message to another Apple device. Moreover, there are chances that instead of one, you see conversations in Messages show up as two separate threads. The worst part is that the recipients may see your messages coming from the wrong account. There is no comment on when these issues can be fixed.
