Home Mobile News iQOO 11 LEAKS already! Chipset and display could make iPhone 14 worry

iQOO 11 leaks reveal the chipset and display specifications, and it presents a worrying proposal for Android flagships.

With the iPhone 14 now out, Android fans are now eager to see what the performance oriented phone makers will do with their 2022 flagships. iQOO is usually the first one to launch its flagships and come 2023, we will likely see the iQOO 11 with some ravishing specs. Yes, thanks to a new leak, we now know what the iQOO 11 could be packing. Based on the last few launches, this could be the iQOO 11 Pro while the standard iQOO 11 could aim to keep the prices low.

Thanks to Digital Chat Station, who has an upper hand on Chinese phone leaks, it is said that iQOO 11 will have two crucial upgrades in key areas. One of them is obviously the chipset, which is said to be the yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. This chip is expected to be based on the 4nm process and could offer more performance as well as superior power efficiency.

iQOO 11 to be a POWERHOUSE?

That's not all! The tipster goes on to say that the iQOO 11 will use Samsung's new E6 AMOLED display. The E6 material is said to offer the high brightness levels as the E5 material all while using much lesser power. This should help with preserving battery life, which is a key aspect in these Snapdragon 8 Gen series flagship phones.

Sadly, that's all we know about the iQOO 11. Over the last few years, we have seen the iQOO flagships share their camera hardware with the Vivo flagships, and the iQOO 11 could do the same. Then there's the fast charging solution, which iQOO could limit to 120W wired. iQOO's 120W charging on the iQOO 9 Pro and iQOO 9T fill up the battery from dead to 100 percent in just over 20 minutes.

While the iQOo 11 is still a few months away, iQOO has been bombing the Indian market lately with more affordable Android phones under the Z series. The iQOO Z6 series of phones end up being the fastest phones in their price category, despite being clones of Vivo phones. The iQOO 9T was a different one though, giving us the first taste of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip.
