iPhone 14 vs iPhone 13 battery comparison: This is the battery champion

Apple has launched the iPhone 14 lineup on September 7 and the pre-order begins from today on the Apple Store and other partner stores in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, the UAE, the UK, the US, and more than 30 other countries. The iPhone 14 line up has arrived with several upgraded features like Crash Detection, Dynamic Island and always on display and more. As far as battery power is concerned, the iPhone 14 lineup has arrived with an "all-day" battery life. Among all the models, the iPhone 14 Plus got the best battery life. Previously, this kind of performance was available only in the iPhone Pro Max models only.

As per the official statement, the iPhone 14 will offer up to 20 hours of video playback, up to 16 hours of streamed video playback and up to 80 hours of audio playback in comparison to the iPhone 13, which had up to 19 hours of video playback, up to 15 hours of streamed video playback and up to 75 hours of audio playback. This means, you will get more minutes of battery life on the new handset than the iPhone 13 series. However, battery life varies depending on how people use their device. The company is yet to reveal the exact battery specifications of iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

The iPhone 14 starts from $799 while the larger screen iPhone 14 Plus starts at $899, the iPhone 14 Pro at $999 and the iPhone 14 Pro Max starts at $1,099. These are the price of base variants and if you go for higher storage variants, you'll have to pay accordingly. Apart from iPhone 14, Apple also unveiled the AirPods Pro 2, Apple Watch Series 8, Apple Watch Ultra along with the announcement of the iOS 16 release date.
