Here’s what iPhone 14 Pro running on iOS 16 could look like.

The iPhone 14 is just a month or so away from launch and as a result, numerous leaks have flooded the market, looking to provide eager Apple fans with some kind of information or the other. Now, after numerous leaks, from specs, features to design, there's a pretty good idea of how the final design of the iPhone 14 series will turn out.

There have been many CAD renders of how the iPhone 14 series might look like, including the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, which are expected to be redesigned as they will probably be significantly upgraded from iPhone 13 Pro models. Now, a leakster dubbed Graphic Designer AR7 has shared a couple of rendered images of the iPhone 14 Pro on Twitter. This iPhone 14 Pro is reportedly running iOS 16 in the images.

According to 9to5Mac, the iPhone 14 is shown with the new hole-punch and pill design, replacing the notch on the Pro models of iPhone 14. Also, what can be seen is a new battery indicator, which Apple has reportedly started testing with iOS 16 Beta 5.

An iOS developer named Rhogelleim also shared on Twitter that the SwiftUI Preview has a new behaviour, hinting towards the always-on display expected to come with the upcoming iPhone 14 series. According to 9to5Mac, once the developer simulates the action of turning off the screen, the new lock screen widgets become semitransparent and the clock remains on screen.

Rhogelleim wrote on Twitter, “Messing around with lock screen widgets/accessory and Xcode SwiftUI preview is showing the always on display. This circle is filled as red in my code. Is it reported already?”

The always-on display has been a long-requested feature on the iPhones. The feature has been ever-present on Android smartphones, allowing users to peep at their important notifications, time and more, even with the display turned off. Now, it seems that iPhone users might finally get their wish fulfilled.

The iPhone 14 series is also expected to come with a host of new features such as a new camera, faster processor and more. Although, these are still unconfirmed reports and should be taken with a pinch of salt until there is an official confirmation from Apple.
