Verizon has announced a new plan with a trade-in offer where you can purchase the iPhone 14 Pro without paying anything at all, except a small $35 device activation fee.
The base 128GB variant of the iPhone 14 Pro is originally priced at $999. To get the iPhone 14 Pro for free, you just need to enroll in one of Verizon's unlimited plans which start at $70 a month and go up to $90 a month for the truly unlimited 5G experience. Next, you can trade-in your old smartphone. Verizon is offering up to $1000 off as a trade-in bonus. For example, you get $1000 off on the iPhone 14 Pro if you trade in an iPhone 13 Pro, which will be added to your account as credit over the period of your contract. This means your iPhone 14 Pro will become free by the time your contract ends! It should be noted that the trade-in value depends on the model and condition of your old smartphone as well as the availability in your area. You'll have to honour this contract for a period of 36 months, otherwise you will have to pay the full retail price of the smartphone.
