Cupertino-based Tech giant Apple is all set to hold its developer’s conference in June 2023. WWDC will see a host of software and hardware launches, including new OS updates, reality headsets, and more. The latest we hear is that Apple is working on showcasing new MacBook models at the WWDC 2023. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman claims that Apple is working on a larger 15-inch MacBook Air model, an updated 13-inch MacBook Air, an updated 13-inch MacBook Pro, and more.
New MacBook Models are in the works
In one of his recent newsletters, Gurman claims that the new MacBook models might not be powered by Apple’s next-gen M3 chipset and still feature the M2 chipset. This means a new 15-inch Macbook Air will also be powered by M2 Chipset. However, what updates the 13-inch Pro and Air MacBooks will receive remains to be seen.
Reportedly Apple’s supplies have ramped up the production of the 15-inch display panels for the 15-inch MacBook Air and the laptop was also seen in App Store developer logs. “The Mac Maker has begun testing the new machines with third-party apps from the App Store to validate their compatibility,” Gurman said in a Bloomberg report.
