Apple’s annual September launch has finally happened. Along with launching the iPhone 14 Series, the brand has launched a Watch Series 8, and new AirPods 2 Pro. Read on to know everything about them.
Apple Watch Series 8 comes in 2 models-

- GPS+Cellular model- 499 dollars

It will be available from September 16.
Apple Watch 8 Ultra will be available for 799 dollars for the GPS+Cellular model. It will be available from September 23.
Apple Watch Series 8
This year’s series of smartwatches consists of 3 variants- Apple Watch Series 8, Apple Watch Pro, and Apple Watch SE. The standard edition looks similar to Apple Watch Series 7. It is made of aluminum and stainless steel cases in 41mm and 45mm sizes.
It is powered by an S8 chipset and comes with a low power mode that allows users to use more of the watch’s functions when it is set to low power mode to save battery. It comes with a body temperature sensor and newer features for cycle tracking. It has all day 18-hour battery life. Low power mode can give up to 36 hours of battery life. International roaming is also available.
It comes in Midnight, Starlight, Red, and Silver colors. It comes in 3 finishes as well.
Apple Watch Ultra
The Apple Watch Ultra variant will be larger, 49mm, and more rugged. It targets customers with sportier and more active lifestyles. It sports a 1.99-inch flat display with 410×522 pixel resolution, titanium casing, and a rugged design. It is powered by an S8 chipset and has a larger battery, temperature sensor, car crash detection, and more. It has an action button that gives physical control. There are 2 speakers, 3 microphones and advanced software as well. It gets 36 hours of battery life on a single charge and up to 60 hours of battery life in saver mode. It comes with a way finder, night mode, and, a newly made band apt for outdoor activities.
The Apple Watch Ultra comes with advanced and accurate GPS performance, new metrics, a low-power workout setting for battery savers, a unique siren that can be used when you need help, and is a perfect fit for underwater sports as well. It has a dive programmer that helps divers stay safe.
Apple Watch SE
Apple Watch SE has also got a refresh this year. It comes in Silver, midnight, and starlight colors. It comes with a redesigned back case, workout and activity tracking, swim-proof, and emergency SOS along with a motion sensor, perfect for family setup. It also comes with crash detection.
AirPods Pro 2
A new generation of AirPods Pro has also been launched. It has a stemless design and a new charging case. The buds come with fitness tracking functionality as well. AirPods Pro 2 works seamlessly with the apple watch and iPhone.
The AirPods are powered by an H2 chipset and come with a custom amplifier, a new audio driver, spatial audio, personalized audio, ANC, transparency mode with adaptive transparency, and touch controls. The buds give 6 hours of listening time with a single charge, and with the charging case, this time is 30 hours. The charging case comes with precision finding.
