Apple App Store Awards for 2022 has declared its winners and the winners are from all categories.

Apple has just released the App Store Wards winners across various categories. The App Store Awards, which is currently in its tenth instalment, shares the winners across apps and games categories for iPhone, Mac, Apple TV and iPad. iPhone App of the year

The app of the year award is nabbed by BeReal, which has been grabbing eyeballs lately. BeReal is essentially a new kind of social media app that lets users share a photo from their phone's front and rear camera every single day. This way, your friend and circle can get to keep an eye one that you have done all day. BeReal also lets you look at what your friends have done all day.

iPhone Game of the year

Apex Legends Mobile takes the Game of the year award this time. Coming in as a mobile battle royale experience inspired form the Apex Legends series that is available on PC and consoles, the game takes up the battle royale experience to the next level with better graphics, strategy based gameplay, new modes, and all popular Apex Legends characters.

Apple Watch app of the year

This award is won by Gentler Streak, which intends to help users balance their fitness and rest. Good for those who want a fine balance between fitness and relax.

iPad App of the year

The GoodNotes 5 apps wins the iPad App of the year. This is a notetaking app that offers great Apple Pencil support, new collaboration tools and markup in PDF.

iPad Game of the year

The iPad Game of the year goes to Moncage, which is a puzzle adventure game taking place inside a mysterious cube with unique designs for each level.

Mac App of the year

A rather unusual choice for the Mac app, it goes to MacFamillyTree 10. It is essentially an app that lets users generate family trees with diagrams, statistics, photos and sound clips.

Mac game of the year

The Mac Game of the year goes to Inscryption which offers a new deck-card-based adventure experience that has a couple of surprise twists.

Apple TV app of the year

The award goes to ViX that offers a combination of a large catalogue of Spanish movies, TV shows and live sports under a single umbrella.

Apple TV Game of the year

This one goes to El Hijo which is a stealth game set in the Wild West. It asks the player to follow the adventures of a 6-year old orphan boy navigating through life challenges.
