Apple AirPods Lite could make a dent in the affordable TWS sections

Apple is always seen as a brand that targets elite customers with one-of-a-kind technology and premium smartphones. In recent reports, analyst Jeff Pu said that Apple could be working on a new variant of the Apple AirPods that will be most probably known as the Apple AirPods Lite.

Speculations are that the upcoming pods will be a mid-range offering which will automatically make it less expensive than the Apple AirPods. Based on the assumptions of Jeff Pu, Apple AirPods Lite will be priced somewhere around $129 which converts to Rs 10,700. Rumors suggest that the Apple AirPods Lite will be available at a costlier price as compared to the AirPods 2nd generation.

Moreover, the AirPods 2nd generation will also see a price drop just before the launch of the Apple AirPods Lite. Speculations are that the price of AirPods 2nd generation will go down to around $99 which is Rs 8,200. Until now, there is no detail available regarding the specifications and features of the AirPods Lite.

A rumor that has been doing the rounds of the market for a long time is that Apple is not going to launch any new variants of the AirPods this year. The reason behind the same is that the demand for AirPods has gone down the road to a considerable extent. Due to this, Apple is not boosting the pace of inventing new premium variants of the AirPods. We can say that the possibly upcoming AirPods Lite is going to be an attempt of the brand in order to skyrocket their sales in the TWS section.
