Amazon launches a myriad of products at its annual fall event

Ecommerce giant Amazon held its annual fall event virtually on Wednesday where it announced a slew of devices including a bedside sleep tracking, a new Kindle for doodling and more Here’s our take on everything that was announced at the event that you need to know.

Halo Rise

If you are in need of a high-end alarm clock that doubles as a sleep tracker, presenting Halo Rise. A $139.99 smart device that tracks your sleeping patterns throughout the night using sensors that gather all the data. The device uses ML to detect sleeping patterns and give you the results along with a sleep score when you wake up. Apart from that, it is a well-qualified alarm clock equipped with a strong wake-up light, environment sensors and keys to control various functions. It comes with six months of Halo subscription.

Kindle Scribe

The most powerful Kindle yet, Kindle Scribe is a $339.99 eBook reader with a stylus for the first time. It lets you scribe or doodle on the pages you are reading without needing to do so on a piece of paper instead. Apart from that, the Kindle Scribe’s battery lasts a whopping 12 weeks. It has a 10.2″ screen with 300 PPI and shares most similarities to the Kindle Oasis but with a few power ups on its name. Apart from that, the Kindle Scribe lets you mark PDFs and other documents within the reader itself. Doesn’t it sound as the best of Kindle devices yet? Well, you can now pre-order the $339.99 Kindle Scribe and get the delivery sometime later this year as per Amazon.

Amazon has brought onboard quite a lot of updates on its Echo lineup. Here’s the entire list.

Echo Dot Kids

Amazon has added two new designs for the Echo Dot Kids imem Dragon and Owl design with new voices that brings Dragon and Owl to life available for those who are Amazon Kids+ subscribers. Both the models are on priced at $59.99.

Echo Studio

Another update comes towards the Echo Studio lineup that now gets new frequency range extension and spatial audio processing technology to improve your sound experience. Available in Charcoal and Glacier White, the Echo Studio is priced at $199.99.

Echo Dot and Echo Dot w/ Clock

Amazon has added a few things onboard the new Echo Dot and Echo Dot with a clock. It includes new sensors that gives users more contextual Alexa experiences, there’s an update to act as eero mesh wifi extenders. There’s high density dot technology for better visual notifications. About the pricing, Echo Dot fetches a tag of $49.99 while the Dot with Clock is at $59.99.
